Alpine Resorts Victoria: Statewide Video Campaigns

Our partnership with Alpine Resorts Victoria has spanned multiple statewide projects designed to support both the people and the places that make Victoria’s alpine regions thrive. We produced a major winter jobs campaign across all six Victorian alpine resorts, showcasing the variety of seasonal roles and attracting talent to the mountains.

Alongside recruitment, we created a leadership and development series featuring interviews with ten senior and emerging leaders, capturing authentic stories of growth, resilience, and opportunity within the alpine workforce. Safety is also central to resort operations success — we deliver OH&S training films and working-at-heights safety videos that communicate essential standards in a clear, engaging, and practical way.

Together, these projects highlight our ability to blend storytelling with education, creating premium video production that serves governing authorities, supports staff recruitment and development, and strengthens community across Victoria’s alpine resorts.
