Alpine Resorts Victoria — Statewide Destination & Workforce Campaigns

This body of work spans multiple campaigns created in partnership with Alpine Resorts Victoria across six alpine destinations.

The projects include a statewide winter jobs campaign designed to attract seasonal staff, a leadership and development interview series sharing personal pathways within the alpine industry, and a suite of training and safety films supporting operational standards across resorts.

Filmed across multiple locations and seasons, the work balances human storytelling with a strong sense of place, creating practical, engaging content that supports tourism, workforce development, and internal communications at scale.
