Alpine Resorts Victoria needed to attract seasonal workers to mountain jobs that most people don't know exist — and retain the people already there by building genuine pride in the work.

From April 2024, Olliepop has worked across the full alpine network as an ongoing storytelling partner — producing winter workforce recruitment campaigns, operational safety films and leadership storytelling that gives people a real reason to choose a mountain career and stay.

Filmed across multiple resorts and seasons, the work combines authentic human stories with a strong sense of alpine place — and continues to support recruitment each winter.
